May 16, 2012 Marine Drive Mobile To Develop New Scheduling Technology into the Deal Management Platform.

San Francisco, CA – Marine Drive Mobile Corp. (OTCBB: MDMC) (“Marine Drive Mobile” or the “Company”) announced today that it has initiated the commencement of building scheduling software into the existing technology platform.

This new software integration presents to Marine Drive Mobile the opportunity to extend its offerings and expand its current technology to existing and prospective clients by including services such as schedule management systems that naturally complements its current suite of products.

This software integration into Marine Drive’s software platform will allow for those industries that manage schedules, an interactive way in which their clients can access, book and make appointments with their perspective merchant. For example, lets assume that a golf-pro, has an opening at 3:00 PM today for lessons and would like to fill that spot. With this technology, the golf-pro can send out a quick SMS/MMS (Text message) or email to his clients and the first one to grab the spot is automatically scheduled and through that scheduling Marine Drive is able to capture its small $0.99 cent transactional fee.

Taking this example further, imagine a hairdresser that has a scheduled 11:00 AM appointment that cancels. With this system, the hairdresser can send out an alert and tell prospective customers, “I have an 11:00 AM opening today, save 10% by booking now.” The recipient or prospective customer grabs the deal, the hairdresser wins by keeping business in the doors and Marine Drive Mobile again collects its marginal $0.99 cent fee.
